Hi:

sometimes with PDF files (is this a PDF or an RTF file?) the lines get strange due to resolution issues. Generally I recommend trying these 2 things:

1) print the file and see whether the lines are still strange (usually, they are OK when printed)

2) hit the + button or zoom button to make the PDF file or RTF file bigger than 100% (usually, the lines are OK).

Otherwise, if these two attempts to fix the file interior lines don't work for you, then your best bet is to open a track with Tech Support on the issue.

cynthia
