Hi, my name is Daniela, I have enrolled in SAS e-learning to start learning about as software. I work on a MacBook I have tried to download as an academy for many times every time I get the same answer, not possible.

please help me!

1) Are you receiving the message when you try to download it or install it?

2) Please provide a screen shot of the message (I assume it appears in a popup window).

3) Please provide a link to the website you are using for the download and identify what you are clicking on.

SAS UE can definitely be installed on a MacBook, I run mine off a MacBook. Can you please explain where in the installation instructions you're running into issues?

Is Oracle VirtualBox installing?

Is the file downloading correctly? I believe the OVA file should be about 2GB.

Are you getting any errors.
