    <description>&lt;P&gt;While starting SAS Visual Analytics 9.4, it is not opening and a page loads which says&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Authentication Failed:ticket 'ST-4699-TehDmAgNKefzW1zoZprj-cas is not recognized."&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The log file shows this error: &lt;STRONG&gt;org.jasig.cas.ticket.InvalidTicketException&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am attaching the screenshot.&lt;BR /&gt;It will be helpful if anyone can suggest any solution to the error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
