Difficulty registering for SAS OnDemand for Academics

Hi, I am having a problem when I go to register for OnDemand for Academics. I go to https://welcome.oda.sas.com/ and sign in. It then asks me to register and I click the "accept" box and then "register". I am not prompted to select a region like my school said it might. The box disappears and the website returns to normal but I am not registered. I tried the same procedure so many times and each time nothing happens. I am not registered, no confirmation email, nothing. I am supposed to receive an email, correct?

Is there something I am missing?

Can you try using google chrome to access welcome.oda.sas.com?

If you are already using google chrome please try using an incognito window.

If that doesn't solve the issue please send an email to SASoda@sas.com and if possible include screenshots of the error.
