If you are sure your internet connection is stable and fast then those should work.<BR />What you can try if your connection is stable and fast with chrome is using a "New Incognito Window". to access SAS OnDemand for Academics (ODA). <BR />I believe in Firefox it is called a "Private Window".<BR />I hope this helps.
