      <description>Could you please elaborate steps how to check this PROC_STATUS , with some screenshots, if this SAS application was installed and customization (workflows etc) by our SAS consultant (by vendor) then is it good to be upgrade from them or still you recommend our IT department&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're talking about an application built&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;on top&lt;/EM&gt; of the SAS system, this has to be determined with the creator of the application.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
