      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wont give you the answer but share an advice.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm from Poland, so I could work with Polish SAS DMS interface, but I purposely decided not to. I work with English interface with UTF-8 encoding SAS session. Obviously UTF=8 is for handling data, but I decided for English interface because it is easier to search and ask for help in case of problems (especially when the log is in English).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We like it or not, English is a "modern Latin".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They all happen in title bars of subwindows. This might even be an issue with the MS Windows API.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suggest you open a track with SAS Technical Support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
