topic Should I learn SAS Programming? in New SAS User

I have heard a lot about this and for the summer, I was browsing a lot of internships. I have never really learned SAS but I have worked with Python (I consider myself pretty decent in this) and also I have learnt the basics of R (working a course on Data Science for this). So while browsing internships, I have come across people requiring a knowledge of SAS apart from my skillset. Should I do it? Do you know any good courses on Coursera for the same? Or a good textbook?

This may be stating the obvious, but unless you intend to pursue an internship and career involving SAS then I wouldn't be learning it just for the sake of it. But having personally had a career involving SAS stretching over 40 years, I can definitely say it is both possible and extremely worthwhile.
