topic SAS OnDemand for Academics - Home directory full though no file in New SAS User

Hi,

I am using SAS onDemand for Academics. For some reasons, it says my home directory is full, while it should not be. I deleted all big files and still cannot recover spaces. Indeed, there are only 3 files left and the largest has 2kb, so this is far from exceeding my quota. Are deleted files somehow stored in the cloud? How to fix this and recover space to work?

Hi:

If you log off and log back on in a fresh browser session and your SAS OnDemand dashboard still shows as full, then you'll probably need to work with Tech Support on this issue. You can send mail to support@sas.com and let them know your SAS OnDemand user name. You can find this information by right-clicking on the Files (Home) icon and choosing Properties. The Location field of the Properties window should show something like /home/u1234567 or /home/jstudent0 -- newer accounts have a username that starts with 'u' and older accounts could have a different name based on something the user selected.
