SAS cloud The project could not be opened and returned status: creatingProviderError

Dears,

I am using SAS cloud and any time I create a new project fill in all required fields, I get the following error:

"The project could not be opened and returned the following status: creatingProviderError"

It would help if you let us know in which SAS app you want to create a new project :

Model Studio? Visual Analytics? Model Manager? ...

Any idea which SAS VIYA version you are using?

It is Model Studio version number

I have attached a document with steps to reproduce and information.
