&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Exactly what does your SAS provider (if it is actuall SAAS then this is the wrong forum to discuss) do for you?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they are hosting data or code then does your contract with them have anything related to returning data? Providing code?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the provider runs custom applications using SAS data then your contract for service may have to include something about providing access to the code or similar.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they have already gone out out business then good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
