How to install PROC TRAJ on SAS On Demand

I use SAS OnDemand and want to add PROC TRAJ to perform trajectory analyses. The instructions to download and install PROC TRAJ do not seem to be compatible with SAS OnDemand: https://www.andrew.cmu.edu/user/bjones/download.htm

I tried uploading the content of the zip file but it couldn't be that easy, I get the following error message:

PROC TRAJ DATA=testSAS OUT=OF OUTPLOT=OP OUTSTAT=OS OUTEST=OE ITDETAIL;

ERROR: Procedure TRAJ not found.

Has anyone successfully installed PROC TRAJ on SAS OnDemand?

SAS OnDemand is a locked down version of SAS provided by SAS and as such cannot be updated with third-party software add-ons.

Thank you! I downloaded SAS 9.4 through my university but it's good to have the confirmation that there was no way around it.
