stop at SAS Deployment Manager

Hello,

I am installing the SAS 94 for Windows 10. However, it keeps running at the SAS Deployment Manager stage for a night. the "Overall Progress" is 0% until now. Do you know why? Could you please give me some advice about it?

You may have to contact tech support as this is a very unusual issue and they have better tools to see what is happening at the time. Plus it may require sharing information that likely doesn't belong on a public forum.

Does your Windows user account have administrator rights?

Check the logs in C:\Users\USERID\AppData\Local\SAS\SASDeploymentWizard.

Thank you all. In the end, I reset the Windows, and install the SAS successfully.
