Anybody based in the UK at a company that may have opportunities for summer internships? Banking, Insurance, Pharma? I appreciate its a difficult time and interns may be low priority but I thought someone here may work at a company where SAS certification may be valuable criteria for interns/potential graduates. Thanks for reading. Advice very welcome!

Congratulations on passing the certification exam! SAS Communities is best suited for getting technical help with SAS questions, it's not really a jobs site. I'd recommend polishing your LinkedIn profile and including your new certification badge. And I just Googled "best sites for SAS jobs in the UK" - several interesting job listings popped up...
