Hi There,

I have an email address that has a # in it for example "#apples@company.org"

my script looks like the below. I keep getting fail delivery emails when it goes out to that email with a hashtag. It seems to work for the other emails without hashtags.

option emailsys=smtp emailhost=smtp.nyumc.org emailport=25;
filename mail email

to= ("#apples@company.org")

subject='Farm day';
ODS HTML BODY=mail style=sasweb;

proc report data=Sale9
style(header)=[ backgroundcolor= cornflowerblue font_weight=bold];
run;

ODS HTML CLOSE;
ODS LISTING;
