I have still not been able to figure how to do this.

Navigate to the location of your course data:

In SAS Studio, open your EPG1V2/data folder.

In Enterprise Guide, select File > Open > Data. In the navigation panel, select Servers. Double-click the server to open it, then expand Libraries > PG1.

There is no EPG1V2 in the data provided. Even before, there was no clarity on how to access any data. Why can't there be a separate session/ reading material within the course on it?

Hi:
Look in the Course Overview and Data Setup section of the course. It is BEFORE Lesson 1. You MUST open that section and follow the instructions to set up the data for class. Your data folder is either created for you by running a program (if you are using SAS OnDemad for Academics) OR, you download a zip file with all the folders. In either case, no matter how you are using SAS, we have instructions for how to MAKE the data for class by running a program. Until you follow the instructions you will not have any data files to practice with.

here are videos or how to make the data

https://communities.sas.com/t5/Promo-and-Sidebar-content/How-to-create-data-for-newest-SAS-Programming-1-course-with-top/ba-p/653766

Hope this helps,
Cynthia
