You can pay with a debit card or through PayPal Payment gateways <A href="https://www.subscriptionflow.com/recurring-payments-with-paypal/" target="_self">here</A>. For years, I've used my debit card to order from both the regular Sas store and the Kindle store.<BR />Simply go to the Sas website's "payment information" section and link your debit card.
