Proc sgplot prining in A3 or other large sizes

Hi, I'm creating a graph in sgplot setting the width to 20 cm and the height to 40 Cm. Want to get this printed on A3 paper in this size. However I do not get the print in the size. Seems to autosize to a small format.

On screen the graph seems to work.

I've tried with different types of graphs with the same result.

I've also tried large pixel sets.

Does anybody have any suggestions.

I'm using EG 7.15 HF6 (7.100.5.6165) (64-bit)

Show the code including how your are setting the size and the ODS destination if any. Plus are you printing from an ODS created file such as RTF, PDF or printing from the Results window?

the options being used are

ods graphics pn / image= 20 cm height=40 cm;

I'm printing from within EG in the list
