    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please bare with me I'm completely new to SAS Programming. I'm attempting to insert&amp;nbsp; a txt. file that I can physically see and open inside of SAS. However, I'm getting the error that the file does not physically exist.       <description>Right click on the file in the browser, select properties and get the path from there to use in your code.</description>
