topic How to fix, Warning: "Login to SAS Server" in New SAS User

I have just activated my trial of SAS Studio Viya. I uploaded some files and code and when I went to run, the job the icon continued to spin long after I thought it would complete. I made a simple print "Hello World"; project and tried to run that, same thing. When I logged out, closed my browser, and logged back in, I got a warning popup titled "Login to SAS Server" with just the option to close out. Is there a step I'm missing or some connection that's not good? How can I fix this so my programs will run?

Hi @nicwoyak

Yes it could be issues with the connection. Did you try to close all the existing sessions and launch it from scratch? Also, in the image I can see you are navigating to explorer tab. Have you tried to launch new program window and executed the code? Does that work?

For faster resolution would suggest to raise ticket with SAS Technical support by emailing them with the problem to support@sas.com

Thanks!
