University Edition is a minimal SAS server that runs in a UNIX virtual machine. The only connections to your desktop are the port 10080 (where you go with your browser for the SAS Studio interface) and the shared folder you defined when you set up the VM.

Use the internal UNIX path to that shared folder, which should by /folders/myfolders.

And, of course, place files in the Windows path for that shared folder. All other places are not accessible to UE.

This is covered very well in the tutorials, so work through them.
