an access violation has occurred in SAS OLAP Cube

Hi All,

I am facing below mentioned issue while refreshing the OLAP Cube in SAS 9.3 and we are using the same user from which OLAP cube has created.

SAS ENV :- 9.3 Multi tier

O.S. :- LINUX

If any one has faced the same problem ,Please let me know the solution .Many thanks in advance.

Hi Mahesh,

Access violations are always a concern and cannot be blamed on coding or other user mistakes. It is something that happens at a deeper level in the interaction between SAS and the operating system, usually related to memory management.

I suggest you do a thorough search in the SAS knowledge base because it may be an known problem and check if you comply with the system requirements. If you find nothing obvious, call SAS Tech Support. Have a fresh deployment registry report at hand. They will for shure ask for it.
