SAS EG(7.15) Freezes Not Responding

Hello,

The SAS EG freezes when I can click on my name and “Set Active”, on the profile connections screen trying to connect to the server but it does the whole freezing up thing. When I end the program and then open it back up, this is what it does each time (“no profile selected”).

This is so weird, not sure if this is a known issue in SAS EG 7.15 or something missing from my machine. SAS running on windows server 2012 r2

Environment :

SAS EG 7.15

SAS 9.4M5 on WIN64

Any suggestions would me much appreciated.

Is this a problem just on your PC or are other users having similar issues?. If it is just your PC then the problem is likely with your SAS software setup. Also is this an intermittent problem or is it happening every time?

Thanks for the response. The problem is just on the user pc. The SAS EG freezes when i click on setactive button then it will split and goes away, then all of SAS EG freezes.

Have you tried re-installing EG?
