    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have SAS 9.4 M4 environment deployed on Linux platform.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The hotfix that we have implemented as per our SAS Web Server version (9.43) is A7F006. Reference: &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://ftp.sas.com/techsup/download/hotfix/HF2/A/A7F/A7F006/xx/lax/A7F006la.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://ftp.sas.com/techsup/download/hotfix/HF2/A/A7F/A7F006/xx/lax/A7F006la.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the post-installation steps are skipped as they were not required, except the Java update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Post implementation, the web server service is down as well as the SAS EVM server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;0(sas@XXXXXXX [/sasconfig/Lev1/Web/SASEnvironmentManager/server-5.8.0-EE/bin])$ ./hq-server.sh status&lt;BR /&gt;Java version was not found.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;0(sas@XXXXXXX [/sasconfig/Lev1/Web/WebServer/bin])$ ./httpdctl start&lt;BR /&gt;Starting pivotal httpd&lt;BR /&gt;AH00526: Syntax error on line 130 of /sasconfig/Lev1/Web/WebServer/conf/extra/httpd-ssl.conf:&lt;BR /&gt;SSLCertificateFile: file '/sasconfig/Lev1/Web/WebServer/ssl/cmhccatdzosas04.cmhcdev.local.crt' does not exist or is empty&lt;BR /&gt;Server start FAILED&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone suggest?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, it looks like you’ve already opened a case with SAS Technical Support.&amp;nbsp; That’s the best option for a problem like this, where consultants may need to see logs and configuration files to help you solve it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
