SAS Case Management 6.3 - Task is assigned to another user

Users in the SAS Enterprise Case Management is encountering issues in their workflow saying: Task is assigned to another user and is unable to edit their workflow.

This has been observed whenever there are slowdowns in the Web Application.

Not sure if there is a fix for this in Version 6.3. I only saw a similar issue in ECM Version 2.3 but fixed in 3.1 in the SAS Support Page.
