Hello,

You can control what data a user can access via the entity level security and authorization rules defined in the Admin UI. Open an entity definition and select the "Authorization" tab. Here you can defined which groups can access the entity, i.e. can they search/read or not, can the create or edit, etc. This is based on groups and can also be further refined using attributes of the entities themselves.

Thanks,

Hey,

In a project I'm working on, there is a need to distinguish "Search" data retrieval between Solution or Strategy.

For example, I want to have particular users retrieve only Solution-related search results.

My main problem now is that anyone that has access to Visual Investigator can search & find results that are not related to their solutions, and therefore they can find sensitive data that I don't want them to be exposed to.

Can I define users or groups to be able to search only records in their solution?

Thanks in advance,

Idan
