1.Ensure that the user account you use to access the Scenario Administration belongs to "SAS General Server"; Open the properties window for SAS General Server in SAS Management Console and verify if you have an entry for "DefaultAuth" as authentication domain and verify if the user ID and password specified are valid.

2.Ensure that the user account you're using to import Scenario belong to "SAS General Server" group. Please check in SAS Management Console that the user account you're using belong to "SAS General Server".

The error is caused by a permission issue. To solve the problem, add the user to a group that allows execution of code on the workspace server. For example, add the user to the SAS General Servers group/ Or, assuming that the user is already in the Scenario Administrators group, add the Scenario Administrators group to the SAS General Servers group.

Reference : https://support.sas.com/kb/60/003.html

Also, check the workspace server if there is a user-specified to run SAS code.

If you installed AML on windows, you need to add the user to a group that has (run as batch policy).
