We are unable to create Alert in SAS Enterprise Case Management. When, we are trying to create, it is throwing an errror - "No Configuration entry found for incidents of this type". Would appreciate any guidance in this matter. Thanks in Advance.

Likely something in your ECM config tables isn't set-up as required.

There won't be a lot of people in this forum with ECM experience. I suggest you better contact SAS Tech Support directly: http://support.sas.com/techsup/

"by the way do you have any idea how to load PEP data in SAS AML"

If I understand your question correctly and we're talking about SAS AML here then you would load WorldCheck data into FSC_ENTITY_WATCHLIST_DIM and you would run scenarios with this data comparing to FSC_PARTY_DIM. I believe the OOB scenario which you can use as starting point is SAS10079

Confirmed PEP alerts should then be used to populate field FSC_PARTY_DIM.POLITICALLY_EXPOSED_PERSON_IND with a value of 'Y'
