Transactions in SAS Visual Investigator

Hello,

I'm having an issue regarding the transactions in SAS Visual Investigator.

I had created child tables, relationships and transactions. The re-indexing of the data is also done but when I open the network diagram and selects the show transaction in SAS VI.

I'm not able to get the transaction links by opening the levels of the object on the network diagram and the lines interacting in relationship used to get dim when i click on show transaction options.

Can anyone please let me know why is it happening and how to solve this issue.

How are you entities and transactions configured?
Did this recently stop working for you, or has it never worked? Has VI been upgraded?
Are there any errors visible?
Which web browser version are you using?

Hello,

How are you entities and transactions configured? :- Transactions and entities are external entities.
Did this recently stop working for you, or has it never worked? Has VI been upgraded? :- It use to work sometimes and sometime it doesn't. I'm using a race image.
Are there any errors visible? :- No, there is no error.
Which web browser version are you using? :- I had tried on Chrome, Internet explorer and Edge too but didn't worked but after re-configuring it start working.
