&lt;P&gt;Are you working an alert in a queue and then wish to route that alert to a different queue whereas that queue may have different members?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In terms of the series of activities,&amp;nbsp; in the next version of SAS Visual Investigator (10.3),&amp;nbsp; A user will be able to visually see where their task sits in the overall workflow process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are working on SAS Visual Investigator 10.2,&amp;nbsp; wherein as part of our alert disposition we would like route alerts&amp;nbsp;specific to a queue to various different persona in the same team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Beside this, we would also like to understand what is the configuration needed wherein an case investigator can see the series of activities that needs to be done as part of the investigation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any insight would be helpful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Danny Dsouza.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
