Please help me understand why we need to define relationhip, What are entities, Why we are defining child and parent entity ,.

Need to understand from start to end flow.

Can u please share some pdf regarding -
1)Defining objects ( All options included)
2) How to use an object when creating a scenario
3) Why we are creating pages and how to link it with Scenario
4) Work Space design
5)Why and how to define strategies and queue for an alert.
6)How to create a case and workflow.
Some example would be better to understand that explains steps from starting to end. All interconnected.
