&lt;P&gt;I think you either have wrong library/jar versions or wrong/missing content in the SAS Content Server or WIP database. But I think chances are higher of the first option, since M6 basically upgraded Java to version 8.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would contact SAS Technical Support, this might need a deeper look into the problem. See this one, pretty similar:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are currently doing a fresh Installation &amp;amp; Configuration of Credit Scoring 6.3 (Over SAS9.4 M6 /ship event 19w04). and during the stage 11 in Midtier configuration, SASServer8_1&amp;nbsp; did not start. (All other SASServerXX_1 are started)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have done a complete re-configuration and same issue is encountered&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone encountered this or may give guidance to resolve?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Attachin as well the screenshot and logs for reference,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
