We have an implemention for AML on Viya 4 where customer having a requirement they have two level of investigations Level 1 & level 2 and there are users who are in both groups and they wanted to make sure if the customer took disposition action on the alert from level 1 he should not be able to take an action on the same alert as level 2 ( to work as maker / checker)

Any idea how this feature can be controlled using routing rules in queue definition or is there could be altenative approach to prevent such situation?
