    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Everyone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone ever tried placing a template in the "Case Narrative" field (internal DB: fdhdata/fdhhistory.tm_cases.case_narrative) before?
