Disposition conditions in VI 10.8

Hey community,

My client requested an option regarding dispositions on Alerts, the requirement is pretty simple, yet I cannot find this configuration on VI 10.8 (HF 7) :

When a Scenario event is labelled as "Non - Productive", the users would not be able to disposition the Alert as "Close Alert".

There is such a feature? If so, could anyone guide me how to configure this?

Or there is any other solution?

Hi Idan

I believe the functionality does not exist, yet.

It is currently disabled when there are no alerts in queue, no dispositions available to the alert or the user does not have permission to bulk disposition.

Now, you can use the Suggest an idea from https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-Product-Suggestions/idb-p/product-suggestions (that way you and others can vote for it)
