Hi all,

We are looking for the log file/table we can see the full log of operations done by our users in VI.

Anything user is doing: disoposition, claim, open case, any operation done in VI to be loged.

What log can help us?

1 - I can see at the document that this is the way to have this info from VI.

How i can get this info from DB or log file?

2 - Is this possible to audit the changes done for flows for example?

When the parameter of scenario was changed, from what to what, etc? ( this can be from VI as well)

From a logs point of view, there is no simple way to view the logs.
You would need to dig into the each log to view what users have done. Not easy at all.
