How to "disappear" alert versions from Alert Version Combo

hi all,

Maybe you can help us with the next 2 questions:

Question 1: how we can configure the number of versions shown for the client at Alert Version Combo. now, opening this we can see all alert previous versions. Is this possible to show only N last?

Question 2: is this possible to create or may be this exists at capabilities or other place, the option to limit users to see alerts after different dispositions/statuses. e.g

we have a queue, there are alerts there and 2 people have access to this queue/strategy, but one can see all alerts when other can't see/search alerts with specific disposition/status?

Hi Alex,

I don't think there is a way to hide older alert versions from the list in the Alert Activity page view. Please feel free to raise a ticket with SAS Technical Support who may be able to assist further.

For the second item, controlling access to alerts, have you considered routing the alerts to different queues upon disposition? If a certain disposition option is selected it could route the alert to different queue that only members of a certain user group can view.
