Hello -
Would you mind to clarify your first question?

With regards to your second question I don't think that it is possible to use events with IDM models. However, it would be my understanding that for IDM models one would not know the occurances of "events" anyway, i.e. they are subject to randomness.

Hope this makes sense.
I have some doubt in the following general questions ,

1.Is there any maximum percentage which is taken for Outlier and Event.
2.Is it possible to define outlier and event in Intermittent demand.
