To respond to your question: yes, I have plenty of experience. I'm a SAS employee and I used to do product management for SAS Forecast Server ;o)
Any specific question you have in mind?

Hi -
This online doc entry might be useful:
http://support.sas.com/onlinedoc/913/getDoc/en/etsug.hlp/arima_sect6.htm
More general help on the ARIMA procedure can be accessed here: http://support.sas.com/onlinedoc/913/getDoc/en/etsug.hlp/arima_sect2.htm
Finally I'd like to point your interest to SAS High-Performance Forecasting (see: http://support.sas.com/onlinedoc/913/getDoc/en/hpfug.hlp/main_contents.htm) if you are more concerend about large-scale automatic forecasting. SAS High-Performance Forecasting is avaible as part of SAS Forecast Server - see: http://www.sas.com/technologies/analytics/forecasting/forecastserver/index.html
Regards,
Udo
