    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can someone explain to me how to use Event Occurrence and Reoccurrence effectively to include the effect of floating holidays say "Memorial Day" it keeps on changing every year right? Also, if a federal holiday is on Sunday...we have to include the next day as a holiday too right?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
