    <description>&lt;P&gt;You can accumulate the data from daily to weekly interval to potentially reduce the variance as what you need are the weekly forecasts. Also you can&amp;nbsp;include potential independent variables that were impacting the call volumes as well as events such as holidays.&amp;nbsp; You can use the forecast studio event functionality to create the events to be&amp;nbsp;considered in the model. hope this helps a little.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Forecast studio can run model diagnose automatically to select the best model(s) for each time series. You can always start by running the&amp;nbsp;project with default settings to&amp;nbsp;see which models get selected, and you will have a better sense of models after that.&lt;/P&gt;
