Start at  &lt;A href="http://support.sas.com/publishing/" target="_blank"&gt;http://support.sas.com/publishing/&lt;/A&gt;  and search on the book title.  I can't find an exact match, but perhaps you have misquoted it.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Associated with the sample chapter and author data, you should find the sample code.&lt;BR /&gt;
