SAS Viya returns 403 HTTP code when trying to create a new folder

Hi experts,

I am running a Go app which I developed which invokes SAS Viya REST API. The Go app runs on my PC and remotely invokes SAS Viya methods on a remote SAS Viya deployment. No browser is involved here.

So far, all my requests were GET requests and they all worked fine. Now I am trying to issue a POST request to create a new folder using the instructions at https://developer.sas.com/rest-apis/folders-v5?operation=createFolder and I get back 403 Forbidden reply. I am trying to create a folder in my personal "My Folders" so it cannot be a permission problem on the SAS Viya folders side.

I wonder if this can be due to CORS? If so, what should I type in the "allowedOrigins" option for CORS settings in SAS for this Go app to work?

Ask the platform admin to check the logs and tell you why the access is denied.
