Hi sasinators,

Anyone know how does the "Actionable_entity_nm" field get populated in the Alert table in SAS VI V.03.05. Been searching for the data mapping but can locate it?

Hello @Africa1 ,

The actionable_entity_nm value is set by the Alerting Event that triggers the Alert, using the attribute passed in json as 'actionableEntityLabel'. If the alerting event is passed from scenario admin, the actionable_entity_nm would be set to the value of entity_nm under the datasource of the relevant flow.

However during the processing of Alerting Events there is a relevant environment variable 'label.lookup.enabled'. If this is set to true, we look up the documentLabel via datahub to set the Actionable_entity_nm. If no documentLabel is found the actionable_entity_nm value is set to value of the actionable_entity_id.
