Have you seen the Java Programming for SAS Viya resources at http://developer.sas.com? Have a look at https://developer.sas.com/guides/java.html and there are examples in the Getting Started with SAS Viya for Java.

Since you did not really qualify if you are interested in SAS Viya or SAS MVA and all the resources linked here are solely for Viya I will include the references for the latter.
