topic How to set STP's Metadata Repository default Location? in Developers

Two questions:
1. When registering a STP via EG, one of the steps is to define a metadata repository location for the STP by a user. Is there a way to systematically set this default value so all user start with a default path? If yes, how this value can be set?
2. If STP will only be accessed by EG (no web interface invovled), the folder for saving STP should still be under /BI Manager/BIP Tree or could be under any folder under BI manager following a flat or hierarchical structure?

There is no way to accomplish #1.

For #2, you can define your stored processes in any folder.
