    <description>&lt;P&gt;You can definitely do this with Base SAS and SAS /ACCESS to Oracle with the SQL Passthrough EXECUTE statement. Since this is a specialist product it might be better to ask Tech Support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Can SID 5.6 invoke a Stored Procedure in an Oracle database?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi experts,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It seems from the SID 5.6 &lt;A href="https://go.documentation.sas.com/doc/en/edmcdc/5.6/edmug/p0zqdi1bacsmexn1va2096e6i5or.htm" target="_self"&gt;doc&lt;/A&gt; that the Data Query node does not support/allow to invoke an Oracle Stored Procedure as it allows only the &lt;SPAN&gt;SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE statements&lt;/SPAN&gt;. Can someone confirm my understanding is correct? If it is correct then what options do I have? I assume I can write custom Python code but are there more options?&lt;/P&gt;
