&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It seems there is no option to get variable importannce from the model comparision node. But I found it the way by connecting the score node to individual model (for my case SVM mode) and then reporter node to score node to get the result in pdf format. We can see the variable importance in the pdf format. very nice visulaization&lt;/P&gt;
