Weighted Confidence for Making Recommendation in Link Analysis Node

Hi,

I have been looking on references on how to use Link Analysis node and from what I have read, it can generate recommendations for Next-best-offer. On one reference, it explained that the recommendations are based on weighted confidence. Can someone explain further how this is calculated, so i can further understand how the recommendations were come up with and how i can defend them to busines users? Thanks a lot! 😄
