My training data set has over 70k observations and over 100 inputs, my regression result give me some variable's coefficient as high as 21, what does that mean? Is there anything wrong?

You said you have 100 inputs in a model. Check for the presence multicollinearity among inputs and also see whether variable betas are significant wherever coefficients are high.
